Privacy Policy
1. Controller

Private, non-commercial hobby project. All songs on this site were created by SWBEATS (Stephan Wagner) with the AI music tool Suno (Premier plan).
2. Hosting and delivery
This site is hosted on a VPS and served via the CDN and security service Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). Your IP address and technical request data (browser, time, requested page) are processed to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
3. Music streams from Suno
All cover images are hosted on this site itself. Songs and hook videos are streamed directly from servers of Suno, Inc. (USA) (cdn1.suno.ai) only when you play them. On larger screens, the stream status indicator also sends a tiny test request to Suno when the page loads and every 5 minutes. Your IP address is sent to Suno in the process. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. See Suno’s privacy policy.
4. Visitor counter
When the page loads, it sends a request to this site’s own Cloudflare Worker. Your IP address is stored there only as a salted one-way hash (SHA-256), so each visitor is counted once. No plain IP address is stored, no profile is created and no cookie is set. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
5. No tracking, no ads
This site uses no tracking cookies, no analytics or tracking tools (such as Google Analytics), no advertising and no social media plugins. The only statistic is the anonymous visitor counter described above. The links to social networks and the PayPal donation link are plain links; data only flows to those services (for donations: PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg) once you click them.
6. Local settings
Volume, shuffle and the last selected station are stored only in your browser’s localStorage (swb-vol, swb-shuf, swb-st) and are never transmitted. You can delete them in your browser settings. This storage is strictly necessary for the function you requested (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG).
7. Age confirmation (16+)
Because some songs and covers contain strong language and suggestive images, the site asks on your first visit whether you are 16 or older. If you confirm, only the entry swb_age16 (value “1” plus the time of confirmation) is stored in your browser’s localStorage. Only if your browser blocks localStorage is a first-party cookie with the same name set instead (SameSite=Lax, Secure, expires after 12 months). The entry is used solely so that you are not asked again; it is never sent to this server or to third parties and is not used for tracking. After 12 months you are asked again. If you choose “I am under 16”, nothing is stored. You can delete the entry at any time in your browser settings (site data / cookies for swbeats.com). This storage is strictly necessary for the function you requested (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG).
8. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Contact: sw [at] swbeats [dot] com
